Dinosaur hands (sort of)

We've gone dinosaur crazy here, so for our painting this week we stuck to theme.

Master D turns everything into 'dinos' - he bent all of his lego people over 'like crawling dinos mum', and even his fingers and toes became dinos during a long drive :-) His dino craze inspired me to paint his hands into dinos (or try to anyway - check it out for yourself ;-)).

We found some face paint and used a foam paint brush to cover his hands in his chosen colours 'a red t-rex and a black squawking one please'. Then we stuck on some googly eyes, before painting some sharp teeth and spikes. Since the dinos were already playing when I was trying to paint the details this did get a bit tricky!

We might try some other animals next :-)
