Last Christmas I would not have imagined that I could give my children toys that I had made myself. I'm just thrilled to have found the inspiration to do so - much of that inspiration was found here in blogland :-) So a big warm thank you to everyone for sharing!
So here is a sneak peak at some of the Christmas presents my kids will be receiving...

This baby Waldorf doll was inspired by
Rhythm & Rhyme. Master D spotted me making it and said he loved it, so he gets one too :-)

His is actually made from the beginnings of a jumper I was knitting for him. But because my knitting needles were acquired to be swords - not once, but twice! - I gave up on it in frustration. I'm so glad I kept what I had done because it adapted so well to being a doll (and I've learnt to put my knitting out of sight!).
Here is another baby Waldorf doll, this time inspired by The Gnome Craft Book.
I can't wait to see their reactions!!
Warm wishes, Kelly
