My boys made me an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G birthday cake!

It is a Pinata Cake *big smile*

{found in the Australian Women's Weekly Kids Party Cakes book}

Husband of Mine mixed up the cake batter... {not sure if he had a helper?}

...and while it was baking Dino Boy got down to the important task of licking the beater

While the cake was left to cool...

Dino Boy helped his dad get the icing ready

Next thing the cake lost it's top!

Before being iced and filled to the brim with lollies!! 

Husband of Mine then made a chocolate dome to cover the amazing cake *smile*

It was fiddly business, requiring all manner of power tool!?

{mmm, yes that is a paint stripper... otherwise known as a chocolate resurfacer!}

And ta da!

How fan-tab-ulous is this cake!!
